CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to an appointment. A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment date and time are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be canceled and removed from the schedule. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service and are non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment date. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or appointment changes made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 2. TARDINESS A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you are running behind, please communicate with us as soon as possible. Depending on your arrival time, your service may need to be modified to ensure we remain on schedule. If you are not in your stylist’s chair within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. 3. NO-SHOWS If you no-call/no-show, you will be required to pay 90% of your missed service total before another appointment can be booked. To rebook following a no-show, a $100 deposit will also be required. This deposit will be applied toward your new service total. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled, changed, or rescheduled within the 48-hour cancellation window, the $100 deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. After two no-shows, you will no longer be permitted to book appointments with Pretty N Pink Suite. Medical emergencies are the only exception to this policy. We understand that life and unexpected circumstances happen. We simply ask that you communicate with us in a timely manner whenever possible.
