Cancellation Policy
If you are needing to cancel your appointment, please do so by contacting the salon Via email At least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If cancellation, rescheduling after 24hours or no show will result in a 25% fee and/or forfeit of your deposit.
If you are unsure on what to book for please contact the salon via email or instagram @Prettynpinksuite with pictures of your hair currently and what your goal is for your appointment.
There is a 15 minute grace period if you are late to your appointment. However communication is key, please let us know if you are running late. If you are past the 15 minutes we may not be able to complete all the services you are booked for.
Any services, deposits and products are not refundable. However if you are unhappy with your services provided please contact the salon via email or Instagram within 3 days with your concerns and a redo will be determined based on what was discussed with stylist.
Please be advised there is a 3.5% card processing fee of your service total. We accept Cash, Card, and Zelle.
